What does this sound mean?

I have a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 that makes the enclosed sound. The disk does not show up in BIOS.
What do you think is wrong with this disk?

It sounds vey much like a serious head crash.

There's a slim chance it could be the PCB making the heads thrash about like this, but like I say...slim.

If it's a head crash, I would expect media damage.

As you're in Sweden I recommend Bosse (mr_spokk in the forum)

I think that the heads make alot of scratches to the platters

yeah. above is right. this sound confirmed head hand in hand with platters don't try to power up it any more. and find pro for data.

I am pretty sure about almost all your data are in the filter actually....

Prepare yourself for 2 case:
1. allready unrecoverable
2. you need to play a biiig pack of money for someone who can help you at all.
