If you match the M6FYA and the K,M,B,A code, this is enough, don't care for others.
BUT!
The mosfet makes the -5V voltage for preamp-chip inside the HDA.
If the mosfet burned, there is a chance for preamp is burned too.
(The best if you can meausre this before any powering attempt.)
If you match the pcb, and the drive can't recalibrate, only makes clicking noise, don't let the drive for clicking!!!
Poweroff immediately, and seek for professional help.
(There is a chance for damaged preamp/head will damage your data or scratch up the surface.)
If the preamp is short, the new pcb will die as well....
