If not clicking, looks like SA/MC problem.

if not original pcb, hot swap is only way to get data unless you get very lucky :P

Hi ,

Do not have a donor disk like this in stock so i can not see if the PCB is the same

I made a scanner of the PCB that i have in the disk.

If someone have some time , can please check it, or also scanner / photo of the PCB from a HD401LJ.
