I have used SD Seagate to fix this error and so far it's worked every time, but I don't remember the "AM reacquired" or the "$" in my cases.

Yes it was that i think on the first time, so i change heads and the
LOG is the same.
Some sectors i can read it well "
green" 50 to 90 sectors them "
1" i can not read it, them i can read more 100 and "
1" i can not read it, and is doing this all the disk.
I am thinking that maybe it have a scrtach, but if it was a scratch i should have BAD more them "
1" sector.

Is this through microsoft terminal or pc3000?

Can also be problems with platter wobble, alignment, eccentricity, etc

has this disk had a platter swap?

no did not, it had inside a computer, and it was not a external disk.

I think that this most probably is a head issue. Have you created a head map? This is a two head drive ? Right? Test copying from one head at the time. (Test from different places on disk) If this works, pay closely attention to the terminal window and notify when and where the $Switch to full int. AM Reacquired messages is displayed.
