I suppose that I need PCB for this one, but I can't find anything that matches it. Any ideas?

Why do you think you need a PCB? What symptoms do you have?

It stopped spinning as I accidentaly damaged PCB. So I think that only possible way to get it to spin again is get a new one or somehow repair this one.
