Bad Sector

I have HD seagate barracuda 7200 40 GB, and i already checked that my disk have approximately 80% of badsector , i have much important data on it, i already use some tols to repair badsector but it take few weeks, any body can help to repair my badsector in 1 day or save /copy my data from hardrive with badsector faster

1st thing: forget about programs repairing bad sectors, or your data will be gone (if not it already have).
the drive's head is probably weak or dirty, so needs to be replaced by a pro.

Agree with pepe,

This drive can't be fixed by any software, but you can easily destroy your data or do more harm for the drive and gets more worse condition.
If you have money for recovery seek for professional help, or drop the drive away and live without your data.
In this case you should learn 2 thing:
-Replace old drive in time
-Don't trust in any hdd and keep backups in different place

Let me guess...

You've ran hdd regenerator, spinrite or some other "magic cure-all" software?
