as the hard drive has been dropped it wont be a rom flash problem
the reason for it to be clicking all the time
is that
it has lost its service area alighment
so that why its 0 bytes
and its more likely possible headstack damaged
which your have to replace.

1. first head write white stiker wy4-t TICB-C
2. second and third head is writed wy4-t TICB-B
Does anyone know the significance of the WY4-T part versus the TIBC-C or sometimes TIBC# part?
Thanks for any insights.

It would seem to be irrelevant on this series drive in my experience.
