Need Help with Samsung HD321KJ

I have Samsung HD321KJ (T166s), drive has been played around by computer shop and has been opened.
The drive initially has no power, swapped pcb no power to the motor, i thought the motor is dead, checked resistance to windings and it turned out to be motor ok.

Head replaced with a working donor and motor is working but continuosly clicking and shutdown

Could this be mismatched in headmap or incompatible preamp or thew worst case PCB is not native?
