Hi,
I got a bunch of mk6006gah HDD1544 C ZL01 6C2ECA710A0BY002A to practice headswap.
There's something funny that i'm not sure i understand. if i swap heads from a donnor disk to a patient, the patient is clicking. If i swap heads and pcb, the patient become ready, can id but every read operation abort. If i put heads and pcb back in the original drive everything is ok.
Do these drive are adaptive formated which prevent a succesful headswap? Does anyone of you ever succeed in a headswap with these drives?
Thanks for your help
