Damage MFT

February 10th, 2010, 0:42

I have a drive which has a media damage, managed to clone 85%, i could see the file structures and individual files, but they are all corrupted.

I suspect MFTs are damage, raw recovery only recovered a few good working files.

Is there any way to recover those files?

Tried most apps, not working well.

Sorry this is not damage MFTi think , if MFT is damaged, i wont be able to see directory structures and files.

DMDE tried, wont help. Weirdess thing is if i edit the eg. TEST.doc no header and data is not related to document file.

Do you guys think the data is shifted somehow?
