Samsung Logical Corruption

February 15th, 2010, 12:45

I have had 2 samsungs in recently and a raw recovery is poss but a structure is not possible any way I image it or scan it.

R-studio only finds extra files, I passed it to someone else who got the complete structure.

The drives have been fine and only corrupted

any ideas

thanks
andy

You tried other DR software?

Sure it's in NTFS/FAT/UFS format? Not XFS or something?

Sorry for delay in replying to this, I was waiting on a DDI.

Problem persists after a clone, the File system was NTFS, images no problem but the partitions are not visable.

After a scan with r-studio all you get is "extra files" , files are good but in no structure.

here is a screenshot from r-studio, basically logical corruption , any way round this?

thanks
