We have received 500gb seagate 7200.11 disk without pcb. Customer said pcb was burnt so he has discarded it. Can some one do recovery from this drive? what will be charges?

These drives have a unique rom on the pcb which must be kept when replacing the pcb without it the chances of recover are not good if not impossible

How badly was it burned?
If customer did that, you should assume worst case scenario. Failed preamp or something to this extent.

customer has thrown original pcb , somehow I need to regenerate eprom , but how? As without eprom no access to firmware and without firmware no access to eprom
