Hello Gurus,
I have one 4head G9 drive wich have problem with H1 only.
The only problem is, the head can't write, only makes UNC blocks, but can read good, and not damages the surface.
I know i should replace the MHA and everithing is fine, but the original MHA have 4 good GMR sensors wich can do the job too.
The problem is, when the drive inits, does some W-R tests, and detects the failure in the H1, and stops at this point.
Gives no ID, and the SA is readonly in this state.
My question is, somebody knows, how to skip, short out the W-R test in H1 or totally?
I don't want to drop to trash this MHA wich is good for DR....
Thanks,
Janos
