What is psv mode pcb?

Hi All,

I saw the term in forum: "PSV mode pcb".
I run a search but without a good success.

What is psv mode pcb? and how do I do that?

It's a special mode to allow reading/writing ROM when the PCB won't come ready in normal mode.

No good to you unless you have the adaptor shown and PC3000 to do the reading/writing.
