My PCB has problem too, I just replaced it with the same PCB.
However it doesn't recognize the harddisk as the firmware is different.
CA06820-B128 firmware needed 07FFAA-0000001C
My new PCB using newer firmware, how can I flash the firmware into the flash?
Please help

What was the problem with the original PCB?
Can you upload a detailed photo of the component side?

how can I flash the firmware into the flash?
With a flash programmer or special factory commands
You can also try to fix the original pcb as fzabkar suggested or you can swap the ROM to the donor pcb if you cannot flash it.

My original PCB wasn't able to get power, no electricity going through all the TP1-TP6.
For ROM swap, I don't know how to locate the ROM on the PCB.

What are the numbers on the chip below the RAM and to the left of the Marvell MCU?
I'm looking for a protection device near the SATA power connector, but your photos are extremely unclear.

No problem, I use the scanner to scan it for you. You will see the detail after magnifying with the scanner.

Thanks, that's great.
However, I can't recognise any protection devices.
The chip at the bottom LH corner of the Samsung SDRAM is the EEPROM (p/n 25P10?V?).
Good luck.

There's a component in your picture at the bottom near the SATA power connector marked with an "N". That's the fuse. Make sure it is not open. Another option is to swap the ROM to your donor PCB.
