Info about a Donor Drive for head replacment

Hi all,
I'm trying to do a head replacement, just for the practicing, and I need your help with that.
I have a DeathStar 250GB ATA drive that has a head problem and in order to read the data
form it, it should have his head replaced.
So I'm looking for a donor drive and I would like to know what should I pay attention to, what
numbers in the model (the donor model) so the heads will match.
The drive model I have is:
Manufacturer: Hitachi
Model ID: HDS722525VLAT80
Firmware Revision: V36OA6MA
Total Size: 238472 MB
Hard Disk Cylinders: 484521
Hard Disk Heads: 16
Hard Disk Sectors: 63
Total Sectors: 488397168

Before you try : be prepared to face a lot of frustration : it's Hitachi, so the SLIGHTEST media damage even not visible to naked eye will KILL new headset.
How are you so really sure about heads ?
Finally : according to what kind of damage the heads suffered, it brings media damage. So said...

Well the drive is a friend's one and he wishes not to recover any info out of it, so I bought it.
The drive fell off a table while it was running and stopped working ever since.
Some test I run on it showed that it can read data, but as slow as 1GB per hour. So i'm assuming that it can
access the data, but it will take him a very long time due to a head problem. I think that when he fell off
one of the heads got bumped in the platters and was damaged (and I know that probably the part where it
"touched" the platter is damaged too).

But this is not that much bothering me.
Do you know what "they" (the saying guys) should say about what I was asking before? regarding the
donor drive and what to check for matching the heads from a donor drive?

Likely, the new headset will be destroyed at 1st start as you cannot work in proper conditions. It will bring further damage. The 2nd , 3rd, 4th etc. etc. will be destroyed when reaching the damaged area.
As you want to waste money and time, post here the complete details of the label on top and on short side of the drive then someone will tell you what to buy.
