What's the problem with it? Drive(s) offline? Any of them staying BSY when tested individually?
These NAS's can be tricky, so probably best to outsource this to someone who is familiar with it.

I believe I can help you out. Though we need to be online at same time to chat then we can decide. When are u online then we can chat and decide better on what to do. I actually just solved one recently and recovery was 100% successful.

rebuild the raid easy to do
once you done that recovery the data.

I suggest you do a recovery of your data before looking at the option of re-building the drive. As it is, I most time will do a non-destructive recovery whereby all recovery process will not affect the patient drives in anyway, creating an image or working directly with the drives.
