Hitachi NVRAM

May 18th, 2010, 10:51

Hey guys,

I have an Hitachi IC25N020ATMR04-0 that originally had a bad PCB. I've replaced the PCB and restored the NVRAM, but I'm only able to read a few sectors of the drive in DDI. All FW can be read and shows no defects; any ideas on what I could be missing here?

Thanks in advance

Is this the same across the whole drive?

Or is every sector after LBAxxxx unreadable?

I was able to read the first couple hundred LBAs in DDI, but when I look at the hex everything shows as "4040" (throughout the entire drive).
