Anyone heard of these Seagate Momentus XT drives? 720RPM Hard Disk with integrated NAND storage?

Seagate had a hybrid drive already: momentus PSD. They seem to be prone to flash problems like other flash medias and we can expect some fancy failures

(like with Laramie)
