Hi, I just used the HDD Low Level Format Tool, and my hard drive (seagate 500gb), can't be seen on windows. I mean that its like is no there but I get the sound when I plug it in. What can I do??

Format it.

Use Disk Management to partition it, then format it.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/309000The Low Level Format Tool writes zeros to every sector on the drive. A format at OS level is a "high" level format. It creates a file system on the specified partition.

Sounds like FW corruption or ATA password.

Seen by BIOS at POST = half way. Not seen ? Firmware problem , hardware failure, cabling problem , something else.
