The problem: click.
Working for almost a year.
If the PCB is the problem, change?

Probably bad heads. Bad PCB in this model is unusual.

Most likely heads, media damage is likely if you continually power the drive up on this series too.

ill vote media damage for HTS54 always seems to be the case for me.
