WD20EARS smart values

After 10 days, one of my wd20ears get these values after complete test with qnap nas tool:

197 Current_Pending_Sector 198 198 000 714 OK
198 Offline_Uncorrectable 199 199 000 625 OK
200 Multi_Zone_Error_Rate 198 198 000 766 OK

are these values normal?? :cry:
