Fujitsu mhw2120bh damaged board

Hi all
i have a damaged board on a mhw2120bh with a bga chip, no rom chip present on this board.
board appears to be quite badly damaged with corrosion.
fuse has been checked and repaired but board is still dead.
i have installed a donor board but am faced with the task of reauiring to rebuild the rom and the only way i can see this being done is to move the bga chip, assuming it has not been damaged.
has anyone else been able to work with the rom on these board by not replacing the bga chip

can i assume there is no real wa to work with this or the real guruve not come accross this post yet?

Can you tell me board revision? CA21344 - B??x. Fujitsu drives without ROM can easily change pcb.
