Hitachi HTS5411612 password reset in Berkshire

Hi

I have been trying to unlock my sisters hdd without success. It's a HTS541612J9AT00. Tried all the user passwords that we can remember. Master password revision code is FFFEh so not changed but can't find info on what master passwords are for this drive. Does anybody know someone who can unlock it without loosing all the data? Is there someone in Berksire UK?

Any other advice on how to unlock it?
