Compared to a deepspar disk imager, these are way overpriced in my opinion and with much less functionality!

Is this another Salvation Data spam? It seems strange that only links provided are to Salvation Data and to a review site done by someone who clearly never used or doesn't know how to use Data Extractor.

If you are serious about data recovery:
- PC3000 + DE
- DDI

No, I think this guy is a real person. However I'm pretty sure that datatoolsreview is a fake site set up by SD (or some agent of theirs) to promote their own stuff.

Not even in Russia. UDMA + DE price was 4857 euro + 218 euro shipping DHL to Tahiti + some other charges to get the card out of Russia. So all in all it was for me almost 6000 euro. If you can get it all for 3800 euro you are doing good. Grab it at this price. That is if you are getting it from ACE or Canada legal distributor of ACE tool. If you are getting it from somewhere else for this price run it might not be legal version of this one and in the end you have nothing.

Data Compass not good ?

It's not actually about good or bad, it's about the quality, functions and support. For serious data recovery tasks, you will need UDMA+DE+DS (preferred).

cuudulieu, you don't need any of these overpriced pieces of junk. All you need is a double boiler, sub zero freezer, hard drive spray, and you can fix 99% of all failures.
