Hi to everyone, I know that all of you know the sadness that this cause, but I lost my HDD stopped working and I sent it to a "professional" but he couldn't do anything and he gaves me back the disk plates in the opened disk, this is very sad because I trusted in him and didn't work.
Well.. the point is that I want to know if this can be fixed yet or I trash it away

or may be I can freeze it for future revival

Any professional suggestions please!!!

This one is very very sad. I am sorry to hear this one. If the professional has opened this up already and gave it back to you in an opened condition this one is also very sad. You might have one hope but now I hate to say after this mess it is not going to be easy for anyone to fix this. You can try to contact rafaala from Greece here on the forum give him a PM. He is good in WD head alignment and recovery. He might be able to do this one for you or help you out. If you can please take a photo of what you got back and in what condition your drive was returned to you in. This might make it easier for us to see if it is possible to have it fixed for you or not.

Post a picture of that drive. Just make sure it won't contaminate your drive anymore.
Beto might be able to help you, he is also in Mexico.
