I have a feeling it is not the disk reporting this, but rather the hardware/software interpretation of it.
Get it professionally evaluated, this is the only way you will get both confirmation of the fault, and a decent shot at getting your data recovered.

Now we have a drive that is detecting and showing all drives but the problems is they are non accessible.
I would suggest that you can see someone for a good evaluation of this drive. A pro has the tools necessary to copy data from your failing drive and get it back for you. If what you are saying about all this is true this drive can fail again at any time. I would suggest that you stop playing around with it and just ask for an evaluation. You do not have to do the work. Just get it looked at that is all.

Did you use Microsoft's FIXBOOT on your drive?
Could we see the partition table and boot sector with Microsoft's Sector Inspector?
http://www.users.on.net/~fzabkar/SecInspect.zipExtract the above archive to the one folder and execute the SIrun.bat file. The procedure will generate a report file named SIout.txt.
