I have 80gb seagate 2.5 hdd. I've tested it with HDD regenerator and it showed me that after 70 gb only bad sectors. How to block read and write to sectors between 70-80 gb? is it possible? how to fix it?

HDD Regenerator will in 99% of cases not help, and will potentially make things worse.
If you have this volume of errors, you should not realy be considering a repair. Make a backup of your data and buy a new disk.
No point attempting to repair this one.

If you must, you could set an HPA, reducing the available size of the disk.
