Western Digital My Passport WD3200BMVV-11A1PS0 external hard drive i open it for diagnose after i got it.
Find out it's and USB interface hard drive.
How can i connect with SD WD doctor for diagnosetic ?

There is no SATA & IDE interface pls look at the pic.

Replace the PCB with one has SATA interface. Example : in your case you will have to replace the USB interface PCB with SATA interface PCB ( 2061-701499-xxxx ) then you can connect the drive to SD doctor.

But the amber is different usb(0.65A) Sata(0.55A) any problem ?

the HDD is a Venus. Maybe you have compatible SATA equivilent somewhere.
These disks can be not so easy to work on depending on the problem, what is problem with this? Or is it simply that you do not have correct USB cable for this?

There is always a ATA interface. How does the USB know what to IO? You just need to find it... if you can;; i guess you could swap the board and all that too...
