Seagate Momentus 5400.6 series

September 25th, 2010, 5:47

Hi

Recently I got 2 of these drives, both came on Iomega USB box. They both have the same problem.
This is almost the same they do (you can see here): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUvoG0RVpiU

It seems it's trying to read the SA, but it can't, right?
None of them fell off, they just stopped working.
What do you suggest? PCB or heads? I tought it was spindle seizure, but spindle works fine.

Thanks

opts = 00000000

RW Err = 84150180
