[n00b request] wdc1200Bevs hdd user password

Hi everyone

i saw a post of guy that has recovery him wd1200bevs with mhhd..

I'll try to use it but for me that is the first time is a little difficult to use.

From mhhd i see the hd and say that is lock e security high.
I read that you bave to use a plugin, but i wont to know HOW TO integrate them in mhhd before the burning cd or make a bootable USB..
