In MHDD:
Scanning the disk shows that over the entire disk, about 25 brown and red per screen, 15 green, and 4 or 5 S or x.
I take it that all this means that head or surface 0 is flaky, and there is a bad sector in the system tracks somewhere.
My question is, if I were to try to selfscan, what age do I set the drive to, and what is the proper command?
Do I use T># and enter the serial number, then run T>N2,,22 ? Or T>D1,,40 ?
Do I use T>w2 to write the CERT table when it finishes? Can the bad head be disabled if it cannot be recalibrated by the selfscan?
PM is OK.

Hi.
You Better first fix By CE-LOG then Fix Bad Sectors, But in similar situation Sectors are not recoverable, So I tried Self Scan, whats tool u use?
