Until you actually know what is the problems in this drive then do not replace the heads on it. Once opened the alignment becomes an issue on this one. What do you mean you fixed the PCB? What was wrong with it and what makes you think it is heads on this one. Now it is open your chances of recovery have droped to 0 to -50 on this one. Sorry but now a recovery company needs to help you out on your drive and the price has now gone up. A simple recovery with proper diagnoses could of saved your data and money on this one in the long run. Your drive your data your choice. Good luck.
