This can be two things if it is a new HDD. You can get this one if your version of Windows is not legal. Second you can get this if you have some sort of HW errors on your system. A mother board or memory or video card can do this one to you. It will shut down during the installation process and give you a blue screen. Read the blue screen and you will see where to look for your error on your system. Once this one is fixed you can then proceed on to installing your OS to your system.
On your other HDD do not panic this one can be saved too if you get up your OS you can do a recovery on this drive with a DR program like Rstudio, or Get Data Back NTSF. Leave it alone for now and do not play with it. Get your system working and then go from there to see what you can do with your original HDD.

Fix your problem in the MB or memory on this one. Start there and get your OS to install on your new HDD. There could be a PS problem too on this one. Check your material to start with on it. Then after installation you can attach the second or original HDD to your system and clone to a new one. After run a recovery program on this one.
