Head problem.

wait for it some like like 10 min could get ready and with data recovery you got the data
..with remove led every time the hdd has hard reset
the for small data
if there a lot of data you should change head because lot of time may scratch platter

Bad SA can also cause this. Inspect the hard drive inside in clean room, and if you see everything clean and don't see scratches on platter, try a Smart Hot Swap method before do a head stack exchange.
