Hello.
MK4021GAS can't spin up.
when i try swap other hdd's PCB, it spin up.
so, i think PCB problem.
is it possible swap same model's PCB?
if not
i want to know what chip has firmware on PCB.

Check both 0-resistors near D1

i'm already check it, by multi tester's continuity test.
when i check it, sounds beep.
so i think 0-resistors fine.

That's fine. However, they're not resistors, but 2A fuses, assuming I'm looking at the same components.
