i got this Toshiba mk4032gax
here is the PCB Attached,
could anyone tell me what is this chip please?
this is the Working PCB i have, and am going to replace this chip with a defected one

Spindle / VCM combo chip. Or do you need the part number ?

well, i got my client hdd with this part burned, and i found one here which i was planning to replace with this
the image here is from the working pcb hdd same model
do u think replacing this burned chip will get it back to work?

maybe get IC12 from bad board and put on you good board then use your good board will be easier.

You can sometimes infer the function of a chip by searching the datasheets for similar part number prefixes:
