are you sure can disable heads in pc3000UDMA?

are you sure pcb is original?what's that problem?

What was the original problem ?
Why did you change heads ?

Rameez is right, you should indicate properly the original problem and your steps for the recovery attempt, or else it will be hard to draw a picture of what happened.
