platter scratch in 7200.11

my customer hdd 7200.11
stm3320614as
mx13,su,china

platter is scrached and head is dead ,
scratched in outer track that head is locked in track and then head is gone

1. sa in this family is outer ?

2.donor head will lock again in that track position then head gone,
what can i do in this step?

Could you post a pic of the scratch and the head please??

Probably if you use the donor heads and they touch the scratched zone they will be destroyed.

yes , new head touch platter scratch and then new head gone

are you know company that can recover this platter scratch?
