Hi ,
I would like to know if I can use this program to format my Ipod.
I'm having several problems with my Ipod, and none of the apple sugestions fixed it.

I got a lot of apple products and trust me look at redmond pie or iphone, ipod oriented forums I bet You'll find Your awnsers there. Apple products can be reset to factory settings. I could've told You more but I would need to know which model You got, nano, touch, shuffle, classic?

Hi,
I have classic Ipod from 2008. I already try the 5R rule, suggested by aple as well to restore initial configuration.
Right know my Ipod is not recognized by the itunes, I've the latest version.
Can you help me?
