WDC WD3200KS I didnt even managed to diagnose the problem

Hello,
Its seems that lately I have a bad problem in my computer and I'm pretty sure the problem is from the HDD becuase everything else is good...
And the weird thing is that every diagnostic tool I use tell me that the HDD is ok..
Its like my computer freeze for moments and then come back to life.. Espacially when extracting things ..
I have 2 HDD and when I extract files in the second HDD its ok, But it the main one its not ok,
I've tried changing the cables, Noting work...

I've made a capture screen video that can tell you what is the problem I'm having

Simple clone the first HDD to a new one and put it back in. Seems your HDD is having issues and in the end can cause you problems to hang like it is now. Might even be the drive is failing. All yuo need is a new drive and clone the OS drive to it and use the new drive. Once you have this one done you can clean up the disk, clean up for virus if any with a good virus software like KAV, clean up all spybots, and defrag the disk. This should take care of this one. When done take your original HDD and scan with MHDD this will give you a good idea what is wrong with it.

It can be a software issue. As i get it this is your OS drive, some badly written rootkit may be trying to do stuff and messing with IO or even your AV, so do what poehere said - check for malware ( Malwarebytes + stinger + dr.web and to be sure something like Rising AV ( it catches viruses that are common for Asia and not so common for US/EU but still you can have some of those ) ), boot from CD or at least in Safe mode ( also you can try this : www.sarducd.it )
You can also try to change the acoustic management and power management for the drive to get some more performance out of it, check/uncheck write caching and see if any change ( in OS ), check if you have some app that is messing with your drive and locking it at some period ( something that is searching on com ports, or even malfunctioning USB )
