I used HDDHackr to prep my shiny new WD3200BEVT-22ZCT0 (320 GB) for use in my JTAG'd Xbox 360. And it as manufactured: 07 March 2010
I want to use this drive in my PS3 but I lost the Undo.bin file. I think the drive will still work in my PS3, but only up to the 250 GB (Due to the firmware mod).
So I was wondering if it possible to make a stock firmware. Or even change the serial number of an existing dump to my serial number.
P.S. I found this file
http://files.hddguru.com/viewer_top.php?file=WD3200BEVT-22ZCT0.rar&dir=Non-PC-3000%20firmwares/Western%20Digital but I am clueless as to how to use it.
Thanks in advance.

You must run the disk in "safe mode" ( not windows safe mode ) and update the fw ( messing the disk )

This post is all kinds of wrong.
OP, I don't know exactly how that utility achieves the LBA change, but it might just be using an HPA on the drive. If that is the case, you can undo it with MHDD or similar
