The circled piece on the PCB has broken off completely, is there a replacement part I could get or would I be better off trying to find a whole new pcb?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Assuming that's the only damage, then your only real DIY option is to repair the board. The 4R7 component is a 4.7uH coil/inductor.
If you purchase a replacement board, then your supplier will need to transfer the unique, drive specific, "adaptive" data within the Marvell MCU (big "M") from patient to donor. A straight board swap probably won't work.
