Toshiba 2035GSS Click

December 8th, 2010, 20:47

Working on one of these; the click is NOT caused by heads, patient heads work in donor, donor heads don't work in patient. The click is identical with new heads in patient.

It seems this may be either PCB or FW issue

Is anyone familiar with these drives? This is a very important drive; if possible please respond here, or PM.

Thanks!
