Try to clone it to another good disk. Use, for instance DMDE or ddrescue.
Any noises, clicks?

slight noise sometimes, but i am trying to rescue and fix the drive, the main prority is to to get the drive running......i tried using spin rite but it does not get detected, so the best thing would be to use something in windows, okey i am going to try dd rescue though....

Sunny, Spinrite killed more drives , then Leonidas Persians. Do not use it. If cloning software does not detect the drive for you - its not a DIY case unfortunately.

then what would you recommend to save some lives and souls of the drive

if the cloning software wont detect the drive , like Pclab suggested - seek pro help. If data is not needed and you just want to fix the drive - better buy a new one.

you can try Ghost to clone your disk. if there in no major damage should propably clone it ok.
