Looking for someone in New York City area for data recovery

Hey,

First time poster, long time reader here.

I have 2 Raptor hard drives that died. At first they started clicking and after a while they completely died. Can't even power them up again.

First, what could be the reason for them not powering up?
Second, any profesionnals who live around NYC area. I'm in queens.
