Can someone point out the TVS?

Hi,

Recently accidently plugged the wrong adapter into my enclosure and my Samsung HD501LJ is now silent. I have tested in seperate machines and am getting no activity at all.

After reading several other posts on here, I get the understanding that I may be able to snip the 12v TVS off and it may work again at least to data recover. The problem is that all the components of the PCB still look new and I dont own a Multimeter to check.

Can someone pls point out which is the 12v TVS in the following pic?
