Dear Friends
I have a Western Digital Passport – 320GB containing my data copy as backup.
Recently I dropped this unit at low height and the unit developed some problem with access.
The WD unit is opened now and I have tried through Recovery 1 process and have just part recovered the data to 15 GB out of 300 GB. During Recovery 1 process the data (folders) was visible
Could you please advise me whoose pro-help I should seek to recover the data confidently without further trails
What are the budgetary costs for data recovery udner such circumstances?
