how to unlock Samsung sata 80GB without any passwords

I'm sorry if i choose mis-location and mis-time, but very hope to get help....
My HDD is Samsung HD080HJ (80GB). Because of some unknown reasons it was locked by password.

After theoretical knowledge exploring i've stop before that:
Bootable FDD with DOS and MHDD;
HDD with user maximum password (by MHDD opinion);
"t" 32 times is not fit (i suppose master password was changed too);
Other passwords (set by some hdd-soft) are also don't fit.

My questions are:
1. Can i unlock it without special hardware if i don't know any (user/master) passwords? If it's not a legal operation - at least just let me know, without teach me how to do that..
2. Are the other passwords for my Samsung exists?
3. Who was able to set this password if user was not able to do that? PC was dusty (maybe it was a hardware-brake), and user said some message appeared in internet browser and he click something (maybe it's windows-virus).
4. Can HDDUnlocker repair this from windows? (this is the most "linked" soft in the internet - it's a fake or it's true?).

I have no time to search more information, and actually have no much ideas about where i can found it.. but this is a very very important thing for me (i can be fired if will not fix it). So i hope for advices, links or whatever you can give me .

Если это таки пароль , то снять его можно , но необходимо специальное оборудование типа ХРТ или ПС3000 . В крайнем случае , подключиться к винту по терминалу и при помощи специальных команд решить проблему . Но их еще нужно знать

Судя по описанию случившегося, у вас может быть и нет пароля, он сам по себе не появляется , возможно повреждение служебки. Диск смарт отдает? Покажите.
Для более детальной диагностики необходимо смотреть по терминалу.

The opinions of DR-Kiev and Mydata.pl are different
so can i unlock it WITHOUT an ADDITIONAL hardware or not???
Note one more time, that i dont know and can't find ANY password
(was trying with t 32 times, A 32 times, B 32 times, and one swearing word, that sets as a password in some cases )..
I don't have a terminal (and even dont even imagine what is that ), PC3000 (hardware) or something else... (so, that's the main prob)
SMART is enable and MHDD see my HDD (and ask for password to work with it) with and without SMART.. HDDUnlocker see HDD in windows and says that it's locked.. Also i was not able to find HDD in Victoria 4.3 (in dos)..

now some more questions
If passwords exists, so Mydata.pl, why can't you say me these??? i will try to type it with a keyboard - so just tell me..
Is the difference between unlocking from windows (sata1-windows, sata2-locked drive) and from dos (fdd-dos, sata1-locked drive)?? are both ways theoretically possible?
And about SMART information.. DR-Kiev, as i understand my HDD cant give any info without initializing and for that it needs the password.. (the prob is circulated)
Im really sorry for my noobyness (if my expressions are not correct enough), but i still hope for some help.

Do you need any data from this drive?
If not then it might be possible to security erase the drive using the MASTER password if the master password is in the public domain or known. It might be worth a try with Hdderase utility.

PC3k or HRT is just a software which sends commands through their proprietary interface. It's not magic.
And what I meant when I said that you cannot type in some passwords: some passwords use "characters" which are not present on a keyboard. For example, how would you type in a NULL?
Correct procedure for removing a password in this particular model would be to edit security module, you don't need PC3k or HRT for this

Hello, Dick, i dont need data, and as i know i cant save data if maximum user password was set.
But anyway, i dont know any master passwords, just one for this drive, but as i said in the first post - it probably was changed. Also i tried Hdderase after your advice, but first: it did't find my hdd.. Hdderase show me just empty p0,p1,s0,s1 slots.. Maybe my knowledges are not enough to find hdd in Hdderase (my hdd pluged to sata0), and second:according to it's manual i see it can't make secure erase without known password (correct me if im wrong).
Mydata.pl, hi, my misterious friend Why are you always speak so foggy??? if i CAN remove the pwd without pc3k etc., but with only software, why can't you name me that soft, that could edit the secure module, and what IS the secure module? second sector with pwd? .. About NULL and other symbols... maybe i can type them with ALT and numerical keyboard? im not sure in possibility of NULL typing, but Enter, Space and others can be typed.. wrong again?

as i understood /p and /s are for pata?
and for /p, /s and /a i receive just "unlock not done", so what is the Ace? and can zu unlock sata??

(который выставляется через BIOS) на абы каком канале прг. не работает.
