i believe that my wd cavire bluie drive has died from a pcb problem
the drive will not make any noise when plugged in and this happened out of the blue
i thougt it would be because of the temperature but it always was at 36 degrees Celsius
this is the second drive to "die" in my secondary slot
the master drive is also a WD5000 AAkb and it has not died for a year and half
the first secondary died in 8 months and the second secondary dies in 2 months
all 3 are under warranty
is there a way to fix the 2 broken drives
thanks

sorry for the delay
still no pictures
but i have found that there are no broken or damaged diodes or chips
the hd motor still spins when i apply current to it
when i plug it in and turn on the pc it make no noise
i have not tested yet if the motor pins form the pcb to the motor show current when i plug the pcb in
and what would cause a pcb to fail in the first place

Why you need to fix something that is under warranty?
Chances to have a bricks under no warranty instead of having brand new ones are not negligible.
